St. Andrew’s Walk (Bear Mountain, Langford, BC)

This development consists of two separate 4-storey wood frame buildings comprising a total of 129 units. Both buildings are constructed over separate single level below grade cast-in-place concrete parkades.

The cladding system consists primarily of a combination of fibre cement lapped and shingle siding as well as cultured stone, all of which is installed in a strapped cavity type rain screen assembly. Windows are vinyl framed and incorporate casement type operable window units. A balcony, patio or deck is present at each suite, access to which is through hinged door assemblies. The balconies are waterproofed by a sheet of vinyl membrane.
